DIGESTIVE SYSTEM: flatulence, indigestion, nausea, sluggish digestion
NERVOUS SYSTEM: frigidity, impotence, neuralgia, nervous fatifue
IMMUNE SYSTEM: bacterial infection
Contraindications: Use in moderation. Large quantities can cause hallucinations. Nutmeg is a skin irritant when undiluted. Use only 1% in a blend or 1/4% in massage oil. Do not use during pregnancy
