STORAGE
Organic Infusions’ 100% Pure Organic Therapeutic Grade Premier Essential Oils inventory is handled with love and with care. Our Pure Oils are stored out of light in a cool room. Blue oils like Blue Chamomile and the Citrus Oils like Lemon are kept in the fridge. We fill our sacred oils to the top of each amber glass bottle to protect the oils from oxygen degradation. Once a bottle is opened, oils are dispensed into smaller bottles to protect their precious essence. We pour in small batches so that oils are not exposed to the air for long periods of time.
At Organic Infusions, we understand that the top note of all essential oils evaporates the fastest; thus we are dedicated to protecting all layers of an oils original intention of aromatic wonder.

PACKAGING
Organic Infusions bottle all of our pure essential oils in amber glass bottles. (essential oils are NEVER put into plastic). 5ml, 10 ml, and 1 oz (30 ml) bottles have a dropper top. Larger essential oils do not have dropper tops; however they are included with a pipette for ease of dispensing. We also seal the outside of the tops of the larger essential oils with plumbers tape to protect them from leakage. Next, we cover each precious oil with bubble wrap at least 1-2 inches thick.
Our Carrier (Jojoba, Almond etc) Oils are dispensed into PET blue plastic bottles. The tops have an inner liner seal. Then the outside tops are sealed with plumbers tape to protect from leakage. Next, we cover each luxurious oil with bubble wrap at least 1-2 inches thick.
Diffusers are in a box of their own and then put into the shipping box. They all come with complete directions.
Once a box is filled with all of the order, it is then filled to the top with recyclable or biodegradable popcorn. We only purchase biodegradable popcorn, however, if a company that we buy from sends us their product (bottles, diffusers etc) with non-biodegradable popcorn, we will reuse that popcorn rather than throw it away.
We at, Organic Infusions, love our mother earth and do our best to recycle and reuse. We have a recycle trash can at all of our workstations. We will, at times, even recycle boxes if they are in good condition.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Cut off time for the 24-48 hour period is 3:00 PM PST. That means if you order at 3:30 PM PST on a Monday, your order will ship on Wednesday or Thursday. If you order before 3:00 PM PST on a Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders that are placed on Friday after 3:00 PM PST to Sunday 3:00 PM PST will ship on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST on Sunday will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will also receive an email with your tracking number from either UPS or USPS when your order is shipped.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all outlining US states are also the same shipping price as the inner states.
We ship international, however, orders must be placed over the phone to give a proper quote for shipping. The only exception is that we do process payments for Canada on the website.
If there is any damage to your shipment, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt for us to file a claim with the Post Office and so that we may re-ship your order.
Ground is delivered within 3-10 business days starting from the day it is shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
Priority Mail is delivered within 2-3 business days starting from the day it is shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
Express Mail is delivered within 1-2 business day starting from the day it is shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
BACK ORDERS
Back orders are shipped within 2 weeks of purchase date
RETURN CANCELLATION POLICY
We will allow cancellation of an online order before or after the order ships within 30 days of purchase only if the product is UNOPENED. There is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the returned or canceled item(s). We do not accept returns on opened product unless there is an error on our part.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items, must have a picture taken of the box, bubble wrap, and items damaged before an Authorization for return can be issued. Email pictures of damaged items to rose@organicinfusions.com
If there is any damage to your shipment, missing items or package, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt for us to file a claim with the Post Office or UPS so that we may file a claim and re-ship your order. Any claims after this 10 day period, cannot be accepted or processed.
We require that you notify us before you ship your return back to us. We WILL NOT accept returns that are sent back without an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER issued before return.
Once we have received the product back unopened, we will issue a refund check within 2 weeks.
