Packaging
Organic Infusions bottle all of our pure essential oils in amber glass bottles. (essential oils are NEVER put into plastic). 5ml, 10 ml, and 1 oz (30 ml) bottles have a dropper top. Larger essential oils do not have dropper tops; however they are included with a pipette for ease of dispensing. Then the outside tops are sealed to protect from leakagee. Next, we cover each precious oil with bubble wrap at least 1-2 inches thick.
Our Carrier (Jojoba, Almond etc) Oils are dispensed into PET plastic bottles. The tops have an inner liner seal. Then the outside tops are sealed to protect from leakage. Next, we cover each luxurious oil with bubble wrap at least 1-2 inches thick.
Diffusers are in a box of their own and then put into the shipping box. They all come with complete directions
We at, Organic Infusions, love our mother earth and do our best to recycle and reuse.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Cut off time for the 24-48 hour period is 3:00 PM PST. You will receive an email with your tracking number from either UPS or USPS when your order is shipped.
Packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will be subject to air shipping fees, as they are unable to use Flat Rate Ground Shipping. The available air shipping options and fees will be displayed during check-out. Our free shipping offer does not apply to these locations
Orders over $250.00 will be shipped with signature required unless a request to ship without signature required is specified in email prior to shipment.
BACK ORDERS
Back orders are shipped within 2 weeks of purchase date unless otherwise notified.
RETURN POLICY
We will allow returns within 5 days of purchase only if the product is UNOPENED. There is a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the returned item(s). We do not accept returns on opened product unless there is an error on our part. We will NOT except returns if you do not like the aroma of a product. If you want to try a product before buying in bulk, you must purchase a sample for evaluation and approval.
If there is any damage to your shipment, missing items or package, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt for us to file a claim with the Post Office or UPS so that we may file a claim and re-ship your order. Any claims after this 5 day period, cannot be accepted or processed.
We require that you notify us before you ship your return back to us. We WILL NOT accept returns that are sent back without an issued AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items, must have a picture taken of the box, bubble wrap, and items damaged before an Authorization for return can be issued. Email pictures of damaged items to sales@organicinfusions.com
